Quality Assurance is a key factor in the Success of Merseyside Coatings Ltd, and is something we strive to
improve upon from day to day. From our first contact with customers right through until completion of a
project, we have processes in place to ensure that each and every client receives the satisfaction the are
looking for.
Since April 1991, Merseyside Coatings has implemented and managed a
quality management system based on BS EN ISO 9002:1994.
We regularly achieve zero non-compliance from our external
customer audits and from other third party organisations.
Also of note is our full compliance to the Environmental legislation that governs solvent emissions to air.
Health and Safety
It is the attitude of the Directors of the company that each individual behaves in such a manner that is
striving toward the highest quality of Environmental and Health and Safety practices that each individual
can achieve.
The Company, in fully accepting its responsibilities in the areas of safety, health and welfare,
will endeavour to:
Plan, organize and control those preventive and protective measures found to be necessary by
HSE Design and Risk Assessments. Monitor, measure and review compliance with the HSE Policy,
manuals, statutory obligations and responsibilities. Maintain safe and environmentally-friendly plant and
equipment, safe systems of work and safe working places with safe access and egress.
Employ industry-leading training, instruction and supervision, information and health surveillance.
Utilise practices which contribute to the safe use, handling and storage of all materials.
Engage HSE Design and Risk Assessments to identify the risks to which all of our activities are potentially
exposed. Interact and co-operate with others in the supply chain to continually review and develop
improving practices for the Company and industry at large.
We take quality assurance very seriously and we firmly believe that the needs of our employees,
our suppliers, customers and sub-contractors are all considered paramount in detemining the success
of the company.
