Merseyside Coatings Ltd has 2 fully functional state of the art facilities, both situated in Widnes
in the North West of England.
The original factory and head office is at Pickerings Road, on the Halebank Industrial Estate, and is a
3.5 acre site consisting of 3 environmentally controlled workshop facilities covering approximately
5822 Sq M ( 62669 Sq Ft), as well as the Head Office Building. Externally we have approximately 2 acres
of yard space where we also have an Outside Gantry Crane. There are 2 manual blast bays within our
3 workshops with the largest bay measuring approximately six metres in height and six metres in width.
This bay can accommodate any length of steel, and it is fed by overhead cranes capable of lifting
up to 65 tonnes.
Our Second Facility is located approximately 1 mile away on Everite Road, Widnes. This is a 4.85 acre
site with 1 shop unit of approximately 2468 Sq M (26562 Sq Ft). At present all our blasting is processed
at Pickerings Road however we plan to facilitate an Automatic Blast Machine shortly.
